- To qualify for next year's Singles Cup, players must finish
in the top 12 of this year's Champion's Shield.
- Players will be seeded from 1-12.
- Players seeded 1-4 are given a bye to the second round.
The Doubles Cup was played at
Cams Hall Golf Club. It was won by
Tony Thorpe and Dave Blizzard.
Rules:
- Matches not played by the date stipulated will be declared void
and both players will be eliminated.
- Shots will be taken from the player with the lowest handicap. The
other player will receive shots equivalent to 7/8 of the difference
between their handicap and that player's handicap.
- The competition is a straight knockout over 9 holes. Matches
halved over nine holes will go to extra holes until a hole is won.

This was played on 15th June 2010 at Seaford Head, Sussex and was
won by Paul Phillips. A new system was used this year as there were
not enough people for a Met Police team, so it was played just as a
society event.
This year's
captain, Mike Chilcott, chose
Silvermere as the venue for his captain's day. It was held
on Tuesday 6th July 2010. The day was won by Martin Thorpe, with
Paul Phillips as runner up.
